You send the reports, laboratory results and any photographs or correspondence in advance.

We go through the documents with you and explain what they state, what they imply and what they leave open.
3.Gap identification
We point out questions the existing documents do not answer and what would be needed to answer them.
4.Written summary if requested
A short written summary of the discussion can be provided for your records.

- Include any contractor proposals you want explained
